PBOC went in all gun blazing…producing the most amazing rally in one day of all times.
The main index swung 11.2% finishing at +5.5% and the Chinese Nasdaq (CHI next) 13%!
After two days where they tried to be subtle, they brought out the big guns…and it worked.
As I wrote before the previous stock market boom bust in China happened when very few people where invested and the rest of the economy was booming.
Now the Chinese government cannot allow a collapse.
China is not Australia, US, Europe….as Mao once said….there are not enough bullets to stop the Chinese once they start a revolution.
So much better not to crash the market!
