One of the consequences of the military coup ( be it real or not) is that Turkey is out of the game. Generals and military strategists need over 10 years to substitute (Stalin found it true against Hitler in the battles against Hitler).
With Turkey involved in Syria and Iraq, its action will be seriously diminished.
And if it goes against Russia, it will be finished.
Iran and Russia have been handed an ace. One of the main allies of the US is out of the game. Saudi cannot withstand Russia and Iran togheter.
President Obama (Clinton main supporter) has just lost the Middle East.
The consequences goes way beyond the scope of this blog.
