Another terror attack, another outcry, another discussion.
Interesting no one seems to put together 2 apparent connections.
All terrorist are Muslim and almost one (apart the very young) have an history of petty crime.
So there are two solutions.
1. Implement some serious de radicalisation program in the jail system and identify and segregate the preachers.
2. Tag and racially profile (very hard to do as reminds of Hitler) whoever has these charateristic
