I think that PM Cameron in the non democratic Europe is playing an high stake gamble and the markets are betting it works.He just want stall enough Brexit to stop it.
PM Cameron pre referendum was saying he would immediately invoke article 50 (Europe exit). Then,after the loss, he said October. Between here and October there is the challenge to Tories leadership, a potential Government survival of no confidence vote, a potential party split between pro EU/no EU.
Summing that to the fact that the referendum is not compulsory to follow…his strategy is clear…..Bremain by inaction.
You can be a Bremain or Brexit…sure you should agree that definitely is not democracy
